February 2023 Market update +

I hope you are all are warm and cozy, enjoying the SOCO SNOW! SNOW!!! Having lived in Sonoma County almost my entire 45 years, it's a marvel. Our local real estate market is starting to thaw out with buyer activity. Despite the higher interest rates, we continue to be an attractive place to live and we are more affordable than other Bay Area counties. It's still a SELLER's market for homes priced reasonably. I see values returning the less frenzied 2021 values. Bottom line is that we are STABLE. 

I have spent the past 5 years renovating my client's homes and preparing them for sale. As a result, they gain a higher return on investment (ROI) for the seller! I SO enjoy coordinating the renovation, managing the design details, workmanship, and sourcing the products with the best value in mind for my clients. I have access to some new programs to make it easier than ever to renovation! Most realtors do not offer the services that I do but I simply cant help myself. I embrace the process and dream about the new family that will call it home. More to come of my, "Design to Sell - SOCO STYLE", properties in the coming months.
